MJI employ’s Local Union 638B technicians, as well as Local Union 30 building engineers with over 30 years experience in the HVAC service industry. Our alliance with these local unions enables us to hire the highly trained and certified technicians that are needed to be able to diagnose and repair today’s sophisticated equipment and energy management systems.
This, combined with manufacturers’ technology training programs and continuing education programs assures customers that our technicians will spend less time diagnosing, reducing downtime and lowering costs.
